3. Processing of Personal Data

3.1. Visiting our Website

3.1.1. Scope of Data Processing
When you visit our website, your browser also trans­mits certain data to our web server for tech­nical reasons. This involves the following data (so-called server log files):

  • IP address, this is shortened, there­fore a personal refer­ence is no longer possible
  • Date and time of the request
  • Oper­ating system and its access status / HTTP status code
  • Browser, language and version of the browser soft­ware
  • Number of visits
  • Time spent on the website

3.1.2. Purpose of Data Processing
The storage of this data in log files is neces­sary to ensure the func­tion­ality of the website. They serve us to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our inform­a­tion tech­no­logy systems.

3.1.3. Legal Basis for Processing
We collect this data on the basis of our legit­imate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO in order to be able to display our website and to guar­antee its security.

3.1.4. Dura­tion of Storage
Inform­a­tion in the log files is used for security reasons (e.g. to clarify abuse or fraud) for a maximum period of seven days. 
Data whose further storage is neces­sary for evid­ence purposes are excluded from dele­tion until the respective incident has been finally clari­fied.

3.1.5. Possib­ility of Objec­tion and Removal
The collec­tion of data for the provi­sion of the website and its storage in log files is mandatory for oper­a­tion for tech­nical reasons. Consequently, there is no possib­ility of objec­tion on the part of the user.

3.2. Contact Form and E-Mail-Contact

3.2.1. Scope of Data Processing
If you use the contact form on our website, the following data will be processed by us: Name, company, street, zip code, city, country, tele­phone number, e-mail address and your message. Only e-mail address and your sent message are required fields.
Altern­at­ively, you can contact us via the e-mail addresses provided. In these cases the personal data of the sender trans­mitted with the e-mail will be processed. 
In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data are used exclus­ively for the processing of the conver­sa­tion and for the treat­ment of the request.

3.2.2. Purpose of Data Processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us for the treat­ment of the estab­lish­ment of contact. If you contact us by e-mail, this is also the neces­sary legit­imate interest in the processing of the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process (e.g. shortened IP address, date, time) serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and ensure the security of our inform­a­tion tech­no­logy systems.

3.2.3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail), the user's details will be processed for the purpose of processing the contact request and its processing in accord­ance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

3.2.4. Dura­tion of Storage
We delete personal data if they are no longer required for the purpose of their collec­tion. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conver­sa­tion with the user has ended. The conver­sa­tion is termin­ated when it can be inferred from the circum­stances that the facts concerned or the request for inform­a­tion have been conclus­ively clari­fied. 

3.2.5. Possib­ility of Objec­tion and Removal
You have the possib­ility to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. 
If you contact us via e-mail, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In this case, of course, our conver­sa­tion can no longer be continued. Please send such a revoc­a­tion to daten-schutz@Bruegge­mann.com. All personal data stored in the course of estab­lishing contact will then be deleted.

3.3.1. Scope of Data Processing
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any harmful soft­ware such as viruses. Session cookies are deleted as soon as the browser is closed.

3.4.1. Scope of Data Processing

Only in excep­tional cases is the full IP address trans­mitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google is certi­fied in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which guar­an­tees an appro­priate level of data protec­tion for data held by Google in the USA.

3.4.2. Purpose of Data Processing
On our behalf, Google uses this inform­a­tion to eval­uate the use of our website and to compile reports on the activ­ities within our website. This allows us to better design your online exper­i­ence and increase the usab­ility of our website.

3.4.3. Legal Basis for Processing
Our legit­imate interest in data processing by Google Analytics lies in the above-mentioned purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

3.4.4. Dura­tion of Storage
Sessions and campaigns are termin­ated after a certain period of time. By default, sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity and campaigns end after six months. The time limit for campaigns can be a maximum of two years.

3.4.5. Possib­ility of Objec­tion and Removal
The IP address trans­mitted by your browser is not combined with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appro­priate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full func­tion­ality of this website. You can also prevent the collec­tion by Google of the data gener­ated by the cookie and related to your use of our website as well as the processing of this data by Google by down­loading and installing the avail­able Google browser plug-in: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaop­tout?hl=en .

We take tech­nical, contrac­tual and organ­isa­tional meas­ures to ensure the security of data processing in accord­ance with the state of the art. DSGVO in the economic and effective oper­a­tion of our busi­ness.
Within the frame­work of order processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO, we use subcon­tractors for the provi­sion of our services, in partic­ular for the oper­a­tion, main­ten­ance and hosting of the website.
